Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules for using Analiz (analiz.dev), operated by СислеЛабс ООД (“SisleLabs”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

Allowed

Tracking websites and applications that you own or have explicit permission to track
Using the API and tracking snippet in accordance with its documentation
Building integrations and automations using the Analiz API for your own legitimate business purposes
Using AI agent integration to extract insights from your own analytics data
Sharing read-only dashboard links with your own team or clients

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Illegal Activity

Not Allowed

Using the Service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
Tracking websites or collecting data without the knowledge or consent of the site owner
Processing personal data in a manner that violates GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection laws
Using the Service for money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities

3.2 System Abuse

Not Allowed

Attempting to overload, disrupt, or perform denial-of-service attacks on the Service infrastructure
Sending artificially inflated or fake event data to manipulate statistics
Circumventing rate limits, quotas, or other technical safeguards
Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to access

3.3 Reverse Engineering and Intellectual Property

Not Allowed

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
Attempting to extract source code or trade secrets from the platform
Copying or reproducing the Service to create a competing product
Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

3.4 Unauthorized Data Collection

Not Allowed

Scraping or harvesting data from the Service through automated means not authorized by the API
Attempting to access analytics data belonging to other customers
Using the Service to collect data about individuals without proper legal basis

3.5 Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Not Allowed

Impersonating СислеЛабс ООД, Analiz, or any of their employees
Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when contacting support
Creating accounts under false pretenses or with fraudulent payment information

3.6 Malware and Security Threats

Not Allowed

Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code through the Service
Using the Service as part of a phishing or social engineering campaign
Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the Service (report them instead via support@analiz.dev)

4. Consequences of Violations

We take AUP violations seriously. Our response will be proportional to the severity and nature of the violation:

1. WarningFor minor or first-time violations, we may issue a written warning and request immediate correction.

2. SuspensionFor repeated or more serious violations, we may temporarily suspend your account pending review.

3. TerminationFor severe violations — including illegal activity, malware distribution, or serious system abuse — we may immediately terminate your account without prior notice and without refund.

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information as required by applicable law.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP — including abuse of the Service, illegal content, or security vulnerabilities — please report it to us immediately:

We treat all abuse reports confidentially and will investigate promptly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. The current version is always available at analiz.dev/acceptable-use.
