Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Analiz (analiz.dev), a cookie-free web analytics platform operated by СислеЛабс ООД (“SisleLabs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria (EIK: 208739066).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Analiz (LiteTrack) is a web analytics platform that allows website owners to track visitor behavior, custom events, revenue, and conversion funnels without using cookies or storing personally identifiable information about website visitors. The platform includes:

• A lightweight JavaScript tracking snippet (<4KB gzipped)
• A real-time analytics dashboard
• Product analytics with funnel analysis
• Revenue and conversion tracking
• AI agent integration for automated insight extraction

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of any organization you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@analiz.dev if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account with others or use the Service for any purpose that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4.1 Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered on the following subscription plans (prices in USD, billed monthly):

• Starter: $9/month
• Pro: $19/month
• Business: $34/month

A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payment is processed through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect. Notice will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

4.4 Taxes

Prices exclude VAT and any applicable taxes. EU customers may be charged VAT based on their billing address in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

If you are an EU consumer, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by starting your subscription or activating the Service before the withdrawal period expires, you expressly request the immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.

The 14-day free trial does not affect your statutory rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Track websites or services you do not own or have authorization to track
• Abuse, overload, or otherwise disrupt the infrastructure of the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the platform
• Scrape or extract data through unauthorized means
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full policy.

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by СислеЛабс ООД and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license to use it as described herein.

You retain full ownership of the data you collect through the Service about your own website visitors and business metrics.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Analytics data is stored on servers located in Germany (EU) operated by Hetzner Online GmbH.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, СислеЛабс ООД and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.

For customers located in the European Union: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

For customers located outside the European Union (including the United States): These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Regardless of jurisdiction, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by sending an email to the address on your account and/or posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

Non-material changes (such as corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law) may take effect immediately.
