Refund Policy

Effective: April 2026

Summary: Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your paid billing period. No partial refunds for unused time. No questions asked.

1. Subscriptions

Analiz is offered as a monthly subscription. All subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which it will downgrade. You will not be charged again.

We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. For example, if you cancel 10 days into a 30-day billing cycle, you retain access for the remaining 20 days but will not receive a refund for that time.

2. Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your account will simply stop collecting data — you will not be charged.

If you add a payment method during the trial, your first billing cycle will begin at the end of the 14-day trial period.

3. Exceptions — When We Issue Refunds

While we generally do not issue refunds for subscription charges, we will consider exceptions in the following circumstances:

  • Service outage: If the Service was unavailable for a significant period due to our fault, we may issue a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a billing error, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge.
  • EU consumer right of withdrawal: If you are an EU consumer and have not yet accessed the Service after subscribing, you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal. See Section 6 of our Terms of Service for details.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Cancel via your account settingsGo to Settings → Billing in your Analiz dashboard and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Cancel via the Stripe customer portalUse the 'Manage Billing' link in your account to access the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, and download invoices.

Request a refund via emailFor refund requests or billing disputes, email support@analiz.dev with your account email and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account for a material violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining subscription period without refund. This applies to cases of fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
